Effective design and management of compound collections is crucial to the success of research efforts in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Agri-Science industries. In addition, academic organisations are establishing comprehensive compound management infrastructures to help realise their target validation and drug discovery goals.
The SLAS Conference on Compound Management in Industry and Academia brings together a community who share the aims of providing their organisations the right compound at the right time and in the best possible quality, to allow the generation of meaningful screening, pharmacological, toxicological or ADME profiling data.
Who should attend? This gathering will provide fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to compound management and lead discovery professionals, from bench scientists to senior leaders.

“The SLAS Compound Management Conference returns in 2017 with highly requested topics from previous meetings (sample logistics in non-small molecule Pharma environments, technology innovations and industry-academia collaborations) combined with our first ever session dedicated to the topic of outsourcing, our first speaker representation from the US and a case study session on winning internal business support for key investments. The meeting also offers the first opportunity for you to showcase your knowledge on the SLAS podium by submitting an abstract for consideration as a podium presentation. In addition, the conference will retain the strong SLAS spirit for providing great networking opportunities with peers from across the sample management community and a top-notch learning experience. Myself, and colleagues on the scientific organising committee look forward to joining you at this exciting event in Berlin.” Clive Green |
