The Call for Candidates for the 2024 SLAS Board of Directors slate is now open. We’re searching for the next round of leaders to help guide the Society into the future.
The SLAS Board of Directors is made up of a diverse group of professionals from the life sciences and technology space who share a common goal of ensuring that SLAS community members and organizational partners receive the gold standard in education, collaboration and professional development opportunities.
The SLAS Nominations Committee is seeking three candidates to each serve a three-year term beginning January 2024.
This is a rewarding opportunity to become involved with the Society, help shape its strategic goals, make an impact on the future direction of SLAS educational content and networking opportunities, as well as build key leadership skills while serving the SLAS community.

Candidates can be from academia, industry and government and may be from all levels in their career.
Note: Only dues-paying SLAS members are eligible for candidacy.

It is the duty of the SLAS Nominations Committee to diligently consider and select qualified candidates who balance the diverse interests of our community and align with the Society's strategic direction.
Following this search, the Committee will select three individuals who will each serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term (2024-26), beginning January 2024.
To submit your name for consideration, please complete and submit the Candidate Affidavit and Candidate Statement forms, along with a copy of your current resume and a recent headshot.
