From Biopsy to Analysis: Streamlining Single-Cell Workflows
November 5 | 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CDT
This TIE will explore the challenges and opportunities in developing standardized automated workflows for single-cell analysis, while highlighting innovations that connect biopsy data to clinically relevant insights. The session will be led by Mario Graeve, Project Manager at Fraunhofer IPA.
Speakers will also cover why single-cell workflows are important, including an overview of tumor heterogeneity in personalized medicine, and the current challenges in biopsy processing and single-cell isolation. Key pain points, including sample integrity, throughput, data quality, and cross-lab standardization, will be discussed. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the end-to-end challenges in single-cell workflows, potential strategies to address them, and opportunities for collaboration to advance personalized medicine.
This event is designed to be interactive, so please bring your questions. Registration is free for all.
