First Time Attendees and Student/Early Career Attendees Mixer

All are welcome! If this is your first time attending an SLAS event, or if you are a student/early career attendee, stop by the SLAS Booth to meet other attendees and members of the SLAS volunteer community. Plan for time to network and mingle with other attendees while enjoying complimentary beverages and snacks. Members of the SLAS Professional Team will be there to answer any questions you may have. No registration is required; just stop on by.
Student and Early Career Professional Social Event

Smoking Gun

After the close of the Exhibit Hall, all student and early career attendees are invited to walk over to The Smoking Gun for games and interaction with fellow SLAS2023 attendees. Catch up with friends and make new ones while enjoying shuffleboard, billiards and arcade games, food and drink and FUN! SLAS will provide complimentary hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks, and a cash bar is available for those 21 and older. The Smoking Gun is located within walking distance from the San Diego Convention Center, at 55 Market Street. This event is FREE to all Student and Early Career attendees; however, registration is required.
