Individual Hotel Reservations

SLAS has negotiated discounted rates at the hotels listed below. The hotel rates include a rebate to SLAS to help offset the costs of the Convention Center rental which helps to keep registration costs down and are below standard guest rates quoted at the hotels if you are using the SLAS group discount site or code. These are the only authorized booking links for accommodation related to SLAS2026.

All hotels are adjacent to or within walking distance to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC).

Group rated rooms are first-come, first-served and will book up quickly!

The deadline for booking hotel accommodations at the negotiated SLAS2026 rate is variable depending on the hotel. The first deadline noted is January 7, 2026. Bookings made after the deadlines posted below will receive the group rate based only on individual hotel availability.
Group reservations consisting of 10 or more rooms should be booked via the form below by November 10, 2025. Reservations of less than 10 rooms can be made via the hotel links by the deadline listed.

Exhibitor Group Housing Reservations (Booking 10 or more sleeping rooms)

Deadline to book group hotel reservations at the SLAS2026 Group Rate: November 10, 2025

Rates and fees above apply to each reservation booked using the group form and policies below.

Group hotel reservations (10 or more guests) must be requested through approved by SLAS and billing set up with the hotel directly according to the following guidelines:

The initial hotel block requested for SLAS2026 cannot be more than 5% above final pick up from SLAS2025, without group justification on why a larger block is being requested, such as larger booth contracted, additional poster presentations confirmed, additional speakers confirmed, more attendees registered, etc.
- This is subject to approval by SLAS at the time the request form is received.

In completing the form, your block has been requested but not confirmed by SLAS nor the hotel requested below.
- Upon completion of this form, SLAS will review your form and respond with approval.
- You will then be contacted by the hotel directly confirming your reservation.

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

This signed form, when received by SLAS and confirmed by the hotel, will constitute your official room block.

The total room nights contained in a group block reservation may be reduced by the group by up to 15% if received in writing to the hotel directly on or before November 10, 2025.
1. This date is known as the Final Adjustment Date.
2. Should a group room block reservation be placed after November 10, 2025 no reduction will be allowed and the block as reserved at the time of initial booking will be considered the final contracted block.

Should the room nights utilized — on a cumulative basis — after the Final Adjustment Date falls below 85% of the initial reservation (block), the group agrees to be financially responsible for the unused room nights in the group reservation block up to 85% of the final contracted block.
- Financial responsibility will be determined by SLAS, not the hotel. The Group will be invoiced by SLAS directly.
- SLAS will bill the Group directly for any room’s nights booked but unused up to 85% of the Final Room Block:
  - Room nights will be billed based on individual room night room and tax rate.
  - Credit card or check payment will be made to SLAS within 30 days of invoice date; Beyond 30 days, penalties may apply at SLAS’s discretion.

Should the Group cancel the group room block at any point after the Final Adjustment Date, SLAS reserves the right to hold the Group responsible for the total number of room nights reserved multiplied by the hotel room rate room and tax for each individual room night.
1. Cancellation is defined as the total non-use of the group room block.
2. Invoices will be sent immediately following the conference.
3. Payment will be due no later than thirty (30) days after date of invoice.

Early arrival/late departure dates may not be readily available, but you may request them directly from the hotel.

The hotel will confirm reservation requests with the Group directly.

Reservations will not be accepted without a form of payment to guarantee one night’s room and tax per room reserved is provided directly to the hotel.

The hotel must receive names for the reservations by November 10, 2025. Any rooms held without a name after this date will be released for general sale.

SLAS will not accept guest contact or payment details for any reservation. Those details are provided directly to the hotel upon confirmation of block approval.

Exhibitor Group Housing Request Form

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EXHIBITOR ARRIVALS

On Thursday, February 5, 2026, ONLY exhibitors with 900 sqft + will be granted access to the exhibition from 1:00 pm-6:00pm to setup and move-in.

On Friday, February 6, 2026, ONLY exhibitors with 600 sqft + will be granted access to the exhibition from 8:00 am-1:00pm to setup and move-in. All Exhibitors starting at 1:00 pm will be granted access to set-up and move-in until 6:00pm.

On Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026, ALL exhibitors are granted access to the exhibition hall from 8:00am-5:00pm for setup and move-in.

Airport Transportation Information

Travel from Logan International Airport (BOS) and the official SLAS Hotels and the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center takes approximately 8 minutes. The following options are available in addition to standard rental car options:

Taxi: Approximately $20 per ride
Ride Share Apps: Approximately $25+ per ride

MBTA’s Silver Line 1: The convention center is easily accessible by public transportation. A complimentary bus from Logan Airport stops at the World Trade Center stop just across the street from Boston Convention & Exhibition Center via the Silver Line 1. Boston Convention & Exhibition Center Parking

On-site private vehicle parking is available at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center’s 1,300-vehicle lot located below the building. Enter the parking garage by turning right onto East Side Dr off of Summer St.

The daily rate is $35 and $70 for oversized vehicles.
Payment is due upon entry and there are no in and out privileges.
There are ADA compliant parking stalls located in the lot.
No overnight parking permitted.

WARNING: Unaffiliated Hotels and Third-Party Booking Agency

Please be aware that exhibitors often are solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies to book hotel reservations. SLAS2026 official hotels will not solicit you to make a reservation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the SLAS event. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. When SLAS is notified of these solicitations, we immediately demand a cease and desist of such practices.

These groups often advertise a lower rate than is promoted by SLAS for the official SLAS2026 hotels. In some circumstances these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh and unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist at the time of check-in at the booked hotel. For these reasons, and to support SLAS official partners, which helps to ensure a quality experience, we encourage you to book your reservations through the processes outlined on this website.

Passports and Visas: Entry into the United States

Passports
Visitors traveling to the United States are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S. For a list of countries exempt from the six-month rule, see Six Month Club. (Six Month Club validity on your passport does not apply to U.S. Citizens returning to the United States.)

Visa Letters of Invitation

During the online registration process, you will have the option to request a Visa Letter of Invitation. You must first register – paying any applicable registration fees – before you can request a letter of invitation.

You will receive the letter via email 48-72 hours after you complete and pay for your registration and complete the letter request form.

In order to request a Visa Letter of Invitation, you will be required to submit the following information:

Name as it Appears on Your Passport

SLAS recommends that all Letter requests be made as early as possible due to the current Visa application processing schedule. Letters of support can only be requested as part of the official SLAS2026 registration form.

Registration Refunds for Unapproved Visa Applications
Refund requests due to being denied a visa will be honored per the refund policy if SLAS is notified of the denial by the refund request deadline of December 8, 2025. Requests received after this deadline will be processed within 30 days of the conference's conclusion. Documentation of application and denial must be provided by December 8, 2025.
