New! Technology Provider Showcase

The SLAS2026 Technology Provider Showcase, hosted by Azenta Life Sciences, is designed to connect SLAS2026 attendees with a local laboratory automation and biotech company for a half-day, in-person and interactive session highlighting their scientific discoveries and systems. 

As the need for ultra-low temperature sample storage rises, many labs are stuck expanding outdated ‘freezer farms’ to meet demand. High-density automated cold storage powered by AI technology for sample registration offers a smarter, more efficient solution, but reaping the benefits depends on more than the technology itself – it requires thoughtful change management. How can companies approach change management to drive lasting adoption and maximize the value of automation?

Schedule 

The half-day showcase will take place on Saturday, February 7, and requires separate registration. SLAS will provide transportation to the showcase and depart from the Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC).  

Badge Pick Up

Registration will be open:

• Friday, February 6: 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday, February 7: 8:00 a.m.

Please bring a copy of your photo ID to the SLAS2026 registration desk when you arrive at the MCEC. You should plan to pick up your credentials and badge holder before you depart for your Technology Provider Showcase. 

Showcase Transportation Schedule 

• Shuttle to depart MCEC promptly at 1:00 p.m. 
• Shuttle will depart Azenta at 5:30 p.m. and return to MCEC. 

Technology Showcase Registration
