The hotel partners and booking links below are the ONLY official booking links for SLAS2027 hotels. SLAS and its partners will never solicit bookings directly from attendees or exhibitors.

SLAS2027 Discounted Rates

SLAS has negotiated discounted rates at the hotels listed below. The hotel rates include a rebate to SLAS to help offset the costs of the Convention Center rental, which helps to keep registration costs down and is below standard guest rates quoted at the hotels when using the SLAS group discount site or code. These are the only authorized booking links for accommodation related to SLAS2027.

All hotels except the DoubleTree Mission Bay are adjacent to or within walking distance of the San Diego Convention Center (SDCC), where conference activities will take place.

Group-rated rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will sell out.

The deadline for booking hotel accommodations at the negotiated SLAS2027 rate varies by hotel. The first deadline noted is December 28, 2026.

Bookings made after the deadlines posted below will receive the group rate based only on individual hotel availability.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 15 minutes from the San Diego Convention Center and all official hotels. Uber and Lyft operate out of SAN.

On-site private vehicle parking is available at the San Diego Convention Center's 1,950-vehicle underground garage located below the building. Enter the parking garage on Harbor Drive between 1st Ave. and 5th Ave.

Parking rates may range from $30 to $50.
Payment is due upon entry and there are no in-and-out privileges.
There are 31 ADA-compliant parking stalls with elevator access to the convention center.
No overnight or RV parking is permitted.

Additionally, you are helping the Society meet its contractual obligations to the hotels, avoid penalties and help to underwrite the cost of convention center rental, therefore keeping conference registration fees as affordable as possible. WARNING: Unaffiliated Hotels and Third-Party Booking Agency

Please be aware that exhibitors often are solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies to book hotel reservations. SLAS2027 official hotels will not solicit you to make a reservation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the SLAS event. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. When SLAS is notified of these solicitations, we immediately issue a cease-and-desist order against such practices.

These groups often advertise a lower rate than SLAS promotes for the official SLAS2027 hotels. In some circumstances, these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh, unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist when guests check in at the booked hotel. For these reasons, and to support SLAS official partners, which helps ensure a quality experience, we encourage you to book your reservations through the processes outlined on this website.

Visitors traveling to the United States must possess passports valid for at least six months beyond their intended stay in the U.S. For a list of countries exempt from the six-month rule, see Six Month Club.

Visa Letters of Invitation

The information within this section is subject to change. SLAS is in no way responsible for, nor can it provide advice regarding, entry to the United States.

During the online registration process, you will have the option to request a Visa Letter of Invitation. You must first register – paying any applicable registration fees – before you can request a letter of invitation.

You will receive the letter via email 3 business days after you complete and pay for your registration and complete the letter request form.

In order to request a Visa Letter of Invitation, you will be required to submit the following information:

Name as it Appears on Your Passport

SLAS recommends that all letter requests be made as early as possible due to the current Visa application processing schedule. Letters of support can only be requested through the official SLAS2027 registration form.

Registration Refunds for Unapproved Visa Applications
Refund requests for visa denials will be considered in accordance with the refund policy. Requests will be processed within 30 days of the conference's conclusion. Documentation of the application and denial must be included with the refund request.
