This year, the SLAS2027 scientific program will feature eight educational tracks, and one Sample Management mini-track:
If you cannot find your particular topic of interest listed in the detailed track descriptions or preliminary session titles within each track but wish to report on research related to one of the broad track themes, we encourage you to submit your abstract for consideration by the SLAS2027 Scientific Program Committee.

The SLAS Innovation Award is a $10,000 cash prize recognizing the extraordinary work behind that one unique and special podium presentation at the SLAS International Conference.

The SLAS Travel Award Program includes airfare or mileage reimbursement, full conference registration and hotel accommodations. Students, graduate students, postdoctoral associates and junior faculty are encouraged to apply.

The SLAS Student Poster Award, a $500 cash prize, recognizes innovative research by students, graduate students, post-doctoral associates and junior faculty (less than four years in first academic appointment) who are chosen to present a poster at the conference.
To simplify your submission process, please have all of your materials together prior to entering your abstract. You will be able to view screenshots of each step in the abstract process by using the 'Guidelines' section of the submission site.
To submit, you will need the following:

Abstracts should be carefully proofread to avoid errors in the published literature. American spelling should be used throughout; for more information regarding American spelling, please refer to Scientific Style and Format: The CSE Manual for Authors, Editors, and Publishers, Eighth Edition (Council of Science Editors, 2014).
Accepted abstracts may be published online in SLAS journals following the conference. Authors will be asked during the submission process to indicate a preference for journal alignment or to opt out of publication.
A member of the SLAS Professional Team will contact all selected abstract submitters with information regarding scheduling, speaker agreements, and the Speaker Resource Center. Speakers agree to use the Speaker Resource Center as the primary source for communicating speaker information.
Selected speakers must agree to the following:
All presenters must be registered as full conference participants. Limited funds may be available to assist with travel and/or hotel funding. These funds are based on availability and financial need.
All poster presenters must be registered as full conference unless you are registered as an SLAS exhibitor.
