Please be aware that exhibitors often are solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies to book hotel reservations. SLAS Europe 2024 official hotels will not solicit you to make a reservation. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the SLAS event. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. When SLAS is notified of these solicitations, we immediately demand a cease and desist of such practices.
Known Unauthorized Solicitors:
Please report any unauthorized solicitations to Natasha Korba immediately.
These groups often advertise a lower rate than is promoted by SLAS for the official SLAS Europe 2024 hotels. In some circumstances these reservations have non-refundable or pre-payment requirements and harsh and unforgiving cancellation policies. In some cases, reservations do not even exist at the time of check-in at the booked hotel. For these reasons, and to support SLAS official partners, which helps to ensure a quality experience, we encourage you to book your reservations through the processes outlined on this website.
The closest airport to the CCIB is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). It is located approximately 20 km from the CCIB and can be accessed via trains, underground, bus, and taxi.
